Ecostar ECO 250–900 industrial burners.
Large modulating burners with the fan separated from the body — for hot-water and steam boilers, hot-air generators and start-up installations. Power up to approximately 40 MW; gas, oil or both fuels.
The ECO 250–900 series comprises burners for large boiler rooms and plants. They come in liquid-fuel (O), gas (G) and dual-fuel (K) versions, always with power modulation.
Design and features (per the manufacturer's catalogue)
- Fan separated from the burner body — lower vibration and the option of remote mounting.
- Access to all components without removing the burner from the boiler.
- Liquid fuel: light or heavy oil, high-pressure mechanical atomisation or low-pressure atomisation with steam or air.
- Flame monitoring by photocell, with controls and a hydraulic system complying with the European standards cited by the manufacturer (including EN 676, EN 267, EN 298, EN 230, DIN 4788).
- Optional fuel stations — compression, filtering and preheating of heavy oil.
- Combustion control with oxygen measurement (O2 trim) — the system optimises the air-to-fuel ratio across the whole load range.
Range of the series
The catalogue covers sizes from ECO 250 to ECO 900, each in three power variants (e.g. ECO 250.1, 250.2, 250.3). The maximum power of the largest model (ECO 900.3) is, per the manufacturer, approximately 40.7 MW. We send the exact parameters — power, fuel consumption, fan capacity, gas connection diameter — in the model data sheet.
Sizing
At this power scale, the choice depends not only on the boiler's power but also on the combustion chamber pressure, the length and diameter of the burner head, the fuel type and the control system. That is why we gather a full set of data and carry out a site visit or a documentation review before quoting.
Send us the data from the boiler or furnace nameplate — we will size the burner.
